This is only what I could gather from easily available internet sources. DISCLAIMER: I don’t have in-depth technical knowledge about CPUs and GPUs. So, I decided to do some research to see if it would be feasible or not.
HORIZON XBOX 360 PORTABLE SERIES
Since the Series S and the Nintendo Switch are similarly priced, I thought it would be interesting to see how a Series H would rack up against a Nintendo Switch. So, to make it easy to develop and fit into the existing Xbox generation, the Series H will need to have a comparable CPU at least. Despite having almost the same CPU power as the Series X, some developers say that Series S is holding the next gen back. Another thing to consider is that some game developers have already expressed their worries and disappointments with having a lower powered Series S. The Xbox Series H(andheld) would need to have the capability to run games on the device. Along with a controller, you can already (or in a few weeks) use your internet connected phone/tablet/laptop on the go and play a variety of games.
